A small patch of screen on the upper right portion of my Surface Pro 4 constantly flickers. What’s going on? Is this a software or hardware problem? What can I do to fix this problem? Please help me. Thank you.

I have the same problem with my surface pro 4 . A lot of owners are experiencing the same , it is really shameful that Microsoft doesn’t want to address such problem. I have regretted buying it. What a shame!
