I have an ipod that was already repaired and they didn’t put back the blue bumpers (at the top of the ipod. now the little plastic piece (with KL on it) on one side only- is broken. Is it repairable? How?
kmillspaugh okay that is an SMD inductor (coil) that will have to be resoldered or replaced. There are no schematics for that model so you’ll have to have someone measure the inductance on the opposite one to see what the values are if you need a replacement. Can it be fixed? Absolutely, just not easily.
