Hi, Having taken my iPhone 4 apart before screen replacement I found a small blue plastic spacer or insulator fell out! any idea where it came from? Not sure how to insert a picture but its blue, translucent plastic about 3.5mm x 7mm with two holes on it. These holes - one is wider than the other and slot shaped. Also the main push button on the front came apart in two pieces - is this right or should it be replaced? Thanks, Phil.
Hi Phil I’m not aware of a stock part that is clear blue plastic. The only thing I could think of would be the dock connector cover, maybe someone lost the original and made something work. Take a look at this teardown and see if you can find a part that you don’t have and then see if that part would work in its place. iPhone 4 Logic Board Replacement
