Chosen Solution

I’ve searched and searched, and no one seems to have a good answer. I already replaced the charger port. Is the new part faulty? Kinda goes against reason that the initial one failed, and so did the new one. But it charges slowly/won’t charge. I’m trying the disconnect battery, reconnect, remove display cables and plug in charger method right now. I could easily see this being a software issue. However not only am I locked out of the customers device, it’s all in Spanish. Wanna get this figured out, anybody?

How many volts and amps is the charger your using? Also, if you can provide a photo of the data on the charger that your using and also the back of the tablet near the charger port where there may be some icons and text.
