I must push the power button for 2 sec to sleep .. and if i close lid when charging the green battery test are very weak. Photo battery light when is closed lid and opened.

At this point I suspect you’ll need to take your logic board out again and strip the paste from the CPU again, Once the paste is removed fully you’ll need to bathe the board in reagent quality Isopropyl alcohol (85% or better) and lightly scrub it down to remove the residual traces of paste that made its way to the logic board from the first time. I do strongly recommend using a good quality paste & cleaner like: Arctic Silver IFIXIT sells it as well: Arctic Silver ArctiCleanArctic Silver Thermal Paste Here’s a good writeup as well: Technique: How to Apply Thermal Paste. As to the overheating problem which started you down this path. Your system shouldn’t have needed the paste replaced (just not old enough). Often I see fan issues or the system was very dusty. I do recommend using a good thermal monitoring app like this one: TG Pro. So for for less than $20 US it’s the best app out there. It should have given you a clue if you had a dust. fan, or heat sink issue. Since we don’t have any hard data to work from, you might want to replace the heatsink while your at it here. Just to be sure as I’m sure you don’t want to do this still a third time ;-} If you remember did you see any wetness on the pipes or the logic board? If you did that was the liquid inside that leaked out. In any case make a good inspection of the heat pipes for any staining or pitted areas were there might have been a hole.
You must have either unhooked something internally or it’s not properly seated in place like it should be. Maybe a local computer repair shop will do it properly for little to no cost…
