I have. Lion Mac OS 10.7.5 With latest Skype version it is not sleeping but when I quit Skype it sleeps perfectly And it is sleeps also with older version of Skype (very old 2.8)
Is only idle sleep prevented, or does the mac stay on, even when you close the lid? When if you select sleep manually, from the menu?
just a heads up, go into notifications, turn off all PUSH notifications… that seems to turn off the keep alive the app sends to osx
