When listening with headphones voice over keeps announcing titles while songs skip. Ok listening with USB connection in car

seems like you have a damaged headphone jack.

The headphone jack casing may be bent. Look at the audio jack, and see if there is anything bent. If not, stick some headphones in, play music, and see if it stops when you press the audio plug to the side. Most likely, it’s just a bent headphone casing part. Bend it out with something just as thin as that (Not a pencil).
