since i updated to win 10 my hp all in one touch screen will not see or find my epson BX305RW plus allin one i tried download latest drivers still nothing it connects to the printer ok and prints etc but i cannot scan any ideas ?
Here is the software you need: https://epson.com/Support/wa00607d Download and install all the software on that page, then restart your computer and printer. Setup the newly installed software, and when you’re done restart again. That should fix it!
