Okay So, I got upset and threw my phone through the ground it broke my touch screen and charging slot I fixed them after I repaired them and changed the flat cabel at the repair store I factory reset my phone sim card is not regonized I put my sim card on another it worked so what is the problem here ? Update (10/12/2022) What is broken in my a31 device that is not detecting my simd card although sim card is perfect and working perfectly on other mobiles ???
Hi, Throwing the phone on the ground certainly didn’t do it any good. It appears as though there is more damage than what you saw and fixed. Doing board level fault finding you’ll need the schematics for the phone. Here’s an image of the SIM troubleshooting flowchart from the manual, that may help as a starting point.
