Chosen Solution
I found a SilverCrest KH2311 micro system Hi-Fi, the issue is that there is no sound output from the two speakers, nor from a Headphone plugged into the mini jack connector. The device does switch on, the screen is fine. I try to listed the FM radio. Note : When plugging the headphone in, I hear a “click” sound in the headphone speakers, so it seems it is powered, but that the issue is from some electronic part. Note 2 : SilverCrest is a brand for electronics goods sold by the European markets brand Lild. The real manufacturer is certainly some chinese company, but i could not find a clone model.
I would suspect the output amp IC as being defective. This is located under the silver heat sink at the rear of the unit. Remove the heat sink to see the part number which should be stamped on it. You may need to remove some heat sink compound as well. That would be my first guess. Dan
