iPhone 4s, although nano sim card is inserted, device shows no signal icon (no dots) and no provider name, saying ’no services’. I tried to replace sim card with another one but I gave the same problem. So I’m not able neither to call/receive calls nor to use 3G services. This is never been opened. What do you think?
Could be a bad sim reader. The contacts in the reader are pretty delicate and can easily bend or break. If that is the problem, it would need a new sim reader soldered in by someone with experience in that kind of repair.
