Hello today i have a customer that has a problem with the 4g. the person cannot use the internet, so i tried my sim card and the connection works for a minute, after that the internet turns off but connection is visible. i try to reset network settings but it did not work. what could this be?
does it work on wifi? are the time and date correct?Tried hanging in new charge port?
