I purchased a Crucial M.2 NVMe SSD for use in my MacBook Pro. I have it replaced right now successfully. My question is, it came with a sticker on top. The sticker says that if I remove it, the warranty on the SSD will be voided. Is it safe to keep the sticker on while in the Mac, or would it cause heating issues, interfere with the computer, etc?
I have always left the labels like that on, never had an issue running them in Macs or PCs. SSDs don’t typically get too hot anyways. You should be fine.
