Hello, I bought, repaired and upgraded this MacBook to 16 GB of RAM but I thought I was handling a Early 2011 version of the MacBook Pro 13’’ by looking at the serial number online. It results I bought the wrong RAM which is 1333 MHz and the laptop supports a frequency of 1600 MHz. My question is should I buy faster RAM before selling it?

Hi Steve, 1600 would be a little better but the difference will be little to none. It depends on what applications use it and how they use it.
