So recently I got a iPhone 6 & ik how to replace the screen & etc the screen I had on it was unresponsive & an alarm was going off so I plugged out the battery via motherboard (possible short circuit?) After I switched the screens & tried turning the phone on the screen had no apple logo which ik both these screens worked but were unresponsive. Is it possible I damaged the phone to the point of no return?

An iPhone shouldn’t just die like that from unplugging the battery without turning off the phone or turning the screen off. Plug the phone into a computer that has iTunes installed and see if it detects it. Try the old screen if you haven’t already. Could just be a defective screen.
