Sharp flat screen power light continues to flash. I attempted to hard reset with Input and Vol -, and the set comes on for just one second and displays channel 2 analog and shuts off again
@surplum try a different video input source and see if it stays on. You need to let us know what exact model this is and what else you have tried. Let us know if there is a pattern to the blinking. If a different input source is not working, you will need to remove the back of your TV and take a good look at all the boards. Check for domed, leaking capacitors as well as other obviously damaged components. Post some images of all of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see.
