I’ve purchased a replacement cord but getting the back off the unit to complete the repair is now becoming frustrating. Is there a manual or demo video. Also you need a special screwdriver to loosen some of the fasteners……… Sorry Shark Score 0/10
I just went through completely rebuilding my shark steamer with great results. Two labels removed exposed hidden screws which were the key to accessing my steamer. Gently remove them using a razor blade or knife. HTH
