Hi, I’ve replaced the battery of my iPhone 5 but now I’m experimenting some issues with the display. It presents several shadows (see pic) expecially:
- when I use the notification center, so when the display shows the dark semi-transparent background
- below dark text and icons (for example the airplane mode icon) Had someone the same problem? Is it a display fault, or connectors, or other?
It’s usually the ribbon cables coming from the screen going bad. If you have already tried reseating them, turning the phone off and on at least once and letting it sit for a while then you will have to replace the screen to fix that issue.
