I have the same problem… Apple told me to shut down the computer, the hold Shift, Control, Option, and the power button for 10 seconds, then just hit the power button to turn your computer back on… I haven’t noticed a difference. then I called back and they said that I should replace the battery given that my Full Charge Capacity is 2397 mAh (apparently that is low (?))
