I’ve been looking up and down for information on what exact part these consoles use for their internal speakers that chime when buttons are pressed. From what I’ve found, I believe this part to be the closest to what I need. But I figured it’d be smart to ask before I order one. Is this speaker capable of replacing the OEM ones in consoles like the Xbox One S and PS4?
Hi, You would need to know the input voltage supply value to the speaker in the console to be sure. The speaker you have chosen operates at 3V peak. If the input voltage to the speaker is higher e.g. 5V or 10V etc it will be damaged. Just wondering if a speaker (supplier example only) from an Xbox One would work (and physically fit in) OK?
