Hello Guys. I was able to change my CPU on this board but one stupid thing was happen: I cant lift up the CPU with my mini Vakuum Sucker. So there fell apart some pieces and now i need to replace the (TSP)51619 which controlls the Power of the DDR3L Memory. but byside of this are some tiny black “Transistors”?
And there is no Water on the Board. it is only Pattex Glue to save the other componets from falling appart.
Klaus Iwik these components are not transistors. Those are all resistors.
Reference designator R7611 is a 35.7K ohm 1/20W 1% resistor in a 201 package Reference designator R7614 is a 14.7K ohm 1/20W 1% resistor in a 201 package Reference designator R7613 is a 47.5K ohm 1/20W 1% resistor in a 201 package Reference designator R7613 is a 100 ohm 1/20W 5% resistor in a 201 package
replace the logic board and the path CPU on the new one
Never finished this board because I found a used one for 200bucks that is now working in my Book =)
