The SD card slot no detected in my MacMini 2010 ! Because ???
I had this, turns out it was full of dust. I cleaned my entire system and blew it out with canned air. It works fine now. Note: this might not work for many. There can be board level damage. The controller can break etc. But it’s worth trying out
