Hi All, Facing an issue where the scroll feature using the Watch Crown is not working on my Apple Watch Series 4 but rest of the functions (double press, single press) works. Can someone guide me on how do i fix this issue. Regards.
I would recommend you just let Apple fix it as its not easy to get to! Take a scan of the Apple Watch Series 4 Teardown jump down to Step 14 to see the crown optical sensor setup.
