Chosen Solution
Hi! My Fairhphone met some oil in my bag unfortunately, so I tried to open it and clean it, but unfortunately one of the screws is not coming loose, and I’m afraid I’ve tried it so many times that the screwhead doesn’t fit in right anymore. Any ideas on how I could fix this?
There are tools for stripped screws in the store : Precision Screw Extractor Set I’ve read about other solutions, like trying to glue your screwdriver to the screw before attempting to take it out, or drilling the screw out, while doing your best not to damage everything… Haven’t tried any of these, but yeah, stripped screws are a pain to deal with.
