Has anyone else had this problem? If I’m on a call, my ear or face pushes random buttons, mutes call, tries to video call or calls another person ect. … it’s super annoying. I took off the screen protector and the case and tried it for a couple of days still didn’t help. I have the sensitivity turned up.. I’m 10 days over my 14 day return period for Verizon and dont know what to do.

First, this situation should not be happening. I have not used S10+ but I have previously found old phones that have faulty proximity sensor that caused this. So, it might be the case for you.

I think all S10 models might be like this. The sensors aren’t visible like older phones due to the small bezels to the proximity sensor is more thank likely confused. I normally just press the lock button after I answer a call
