I have just replaced the screen on a friends iphone xs. I removed battery first and followed the guide to the letter. When i first turn on the phone the screen comes on, i put in passcode and can use apps, surf the net everything. As soon as i lock the screen or it locks itself, then it will not turn back on. The phone still works as i can feel it vibrate and can soft reset it. After soft reset, the screen works again, until locked. Anyone else had this problem?
Hi, put the old screen back and see if problem is go away. So you know if it is a faulty screen you received or it is a other problem.
