Chosen Solution
I tried the monitor with different computers, with different cables. Always the same problem. The screen turns on, on off switch still works, buttons still works, sound still works.BUT when I plug it in or activate it, it turns on for 2-3 seconds with a pinkish tint and turns black. The on-off button is still “white” (indicating it’s on, orange means asleep).
After replugging everything I just noticed that the image works. It’s the backlight that is shutdown. But if I light the LCD screen with my desk lamp I can see that the pixels are working well.
