While playing on PSP4 the tv made some noise (left side) so we put it off. Now, when turning on the Smart viera screen appears and then with a kind of flitsnoise it turns off with the red light blinking in periode of 12 times. Turning every power off a day did not help.
Hi @anjaaa , Usually with Panasonic Viera models a 12 blink error code is associated with a Sound SOS problem which is either with the A-Board, the speaker or the Woofer in the TV. I have found this link to a service manual for the TV which may help you further as normally service manuals have dis-assembly instructions, board location and removal instructions and schematics of the boards etc but you have to register with the website to access it which I didn’t want to do. Hopefully this is of some help.
