I recently got a new battery replacement because my iPad is pretty old and I’ve noticed randomly my iPad goes black and says it’s flat when it’s not, the only way to get it back on is plugging a charger into it then it works fine but it resets some apps. Is there a way to fix this or is it because my iPad is just too old?
I would make sure that the battery screw is securely fastened as the device should not just power off and say the battery is completely discharged, especially with a new battery. It could also be a bad battery or an issue with the logic board.
