Chosen Solution
I have a galaxy z fold 4 and the screen goes black when unfolded. I’ve factory reset and still goes black. I purchased this phone just 3 months ago. The phone is unlocked.
My Family owns 6 of these. We had one that half the screen stayed black when open and had to send it back to be replaced. It appears this is a cable problem and it is very difficult to open the inside screen.
