My phone did not suffer any type of physical abuse, one night I was typing a text and suddenly my screen did not respond to any of my touches, also, the capacitive buttons are also unresponsive. Is it really necessary a screen replacement, or is it a software problem? I’ve already made a hard reset and deleted cache like 20x and nothing seems to work
Try to disconnect the battery and reconnect it if that doesn’t work you may need a new screen
