can you get past bios post is is saying please wait on windows boot up you could try factory reseting the laptop common fault is hard drive failure you can also do a few testing points 1 remove cd rom drive 2 remove battery with power connected 3 remove hard drive and test it in another laptop 4 remove your ram and see if laptop bleaps
