Lenovo ideapad 520-15IBK When computer contacts with cold temperature or after start/sleep appear stripes until it warms up. Turning maximum brightness helps remove them faster. Lines appear vertically where is lighter color. They are not visible on the printscreen. I want to know should I replace the screen. Also find a schematics so I can reconnect screen just in case.
@internet910 yes that looks like a bad screen/. Could be a cold solder joint or an IC issue. I would replace the screen first. Schematics wont be available unless we can narrow down the LCD screen itself. We’d need the make and model from the panel and the board soldered to it. For the LCD replacement etc. you can get the maintenance manual from here
