I have replaced the battery and screen of my old iphone 6s. The new battery works and features such as vibrate when on silent work. The screen on the other hand is not working. The screen sometimes flashes on when I press the home button but most of the time it doesn’t work at all and when the screen does come on it’s back off in the blink of an eye. Just to add when it does turn on the display is working completely fine.
Make sure all the connectors are seated properly. If that doesn’t work then you most likely have a defective screen.
