it wants the current password that i don’t have, ive tried to use an external hard-drive thru usb port…no success. tried to swapout the internal hard-drive…no success.
Try this : Turn off and unplug the laptop from power Remove the battery Open the smallest door on the bottom of the computer with a #1 Phillips screw driver Look for two small metal contacts labeled RTC(RST). Using a flat head screw driver, touch both contacts at the same time for 30 seconds. Re-install the battery Plug in your computer
