I have an Alcatel One Touch Idol three the screen is cracked, the display still works but the touch input no longer works. Could you tell me if I need to replace the LCD and the glass panel or if I only have to replace the glass panel. I have had difficulties finding the part on the internet. Any help on finding or and replacing this would be helpful.
you will need to replace everything including the diplay because the Glass and the digitizer are fused together they sit above the lcd display and it is impossible to remove them withought destroying the display.

I have alcatel idol 3 and i tried to open watsapp and it didnt open and i tried to restart the phone it is just restarting but not taking me to the main screen. I dont want to loose the data , photos and videos ..Is there anyway someone can help me fix it? From quite a few days it is warning me that there is no space please clean it…Is it becoz of full memory?

you may find moving stuff (pictures, music and videos) to a SD card frees up some space. I use SanDisk Memory Zone and also move some apps to SD card with App Manager Pro III. Both are from Google Play Store and they free quite a lot of internal memory. If these apps won’t load, you may need to uninstall apps to make room, and then if successful, re-install them
