Good day i recently purchased a screen however when installed the screen shows a back light but the screen is blank . The screen lights up but nothing is displayed on screen. When i connected the old screen which is broken tbe screen displays the information and work correctly but the new screen just lights up as show n in the image below, need assistance please. here is a pic of the screen after i installed it .
I was not able to see your picture but I suspect the cable was either installed incorrectly or your replacement screen is damaged.
