I have a fitbit versa. Had it for 3 months and it fell off my wrist and cracked once it hit the floor. Fitbit don’t seem to have a repair centre or replacement screens… can you help me fix it?
You can contact Fitbit customer support, the can get the watch replaced or fix the screen. This is free only for people who have a warranty and $25 for people who don’t . I also had a screen issue and they are replacing my watch. My issue was a software bug so they also gave me a upgrade to Iconic.
Yes, I just replaced my screen. The replacement part can be found right here on iFixit: Fitbit Versa 1/Versa Lite Touch Screen Assembly However, I would highly recommend buying a ultra-thin pry blade (0.1mm preferred) to open the device. Suction cup or other pry tools would be very unlikely to work. Sewing blade or razor blade would work too but you would risk to cut your fingers.
