Screen replacement was done it worked at first then gave lines,found dirt in connection cleaned and reconnected then it worked but no touch. figured digitizer connection has issue now .took to a shop they fixed the digitizer and now battery won’t charge pass 2% any ideas?
Could it be that the repair shop you took it to didn’t connect something back up correctly? Do you have another charger and cable you can try? Are you using a genuine Apple charger and cable? I know that sometimes third party accessories can be unsupported by Apple products.
Try resetting the battery, just disconnect the battery from the board and then connect it. If battery doesn’t charge pass 2% after a couple of hours on charge then a new battery will solve this problem.
