Chosen Solution
So this is my second attempt at replacing my screen. This one is the same as last one a hard OLED. I have a new set of issues I’m wondering if it is the screen or if it is something else. When the phone turns on instead of an all black screen with a white Apple logo it starts off as a dimly lit gray with a washout tone and slowly gets darker and darker until the background is what it should be black. This washout affect continues on where it’s like it has a frosted effect.About every three to five minutes the phone restarts. I don’t believe it’s a battery issue because the battery is staying charged. A detached and attached the cables multiple times to make sure that they were fitted correctly I also took a Q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean up as well. Anyone have any advice besides going for a third screen? Everything else from what I can see works including Face ID the back camera I’m able to adjust the brightness of the screen the earpiece and speaker both work I’m not sure what else I’m supposed to test.
Check panic logs, that’ll indicate what’s causing the rebooting.
