iphone se jumped off a 20ft cliff screen was shattered phone was bent a little but still worked fine. had a guy replace the screen with non oem screen. got phone back and it wont hold a charge past thee low teens %, super laggy, and shuts down randomly. put a new battery in it and same issue, also tried oem screen. did this guy destroy my iphone?
There is a good chance that the fall damaged some components on the motherboard. Some of the IC’s that control charging and power can be easily damaged from a drop that high. I would take it to another repair shop for a diagnosis to see if there is any damage to the lcd and digitizer connectors.
I have heard of cases where shops have replaced screens and this has been the result take it back and get them to do it again and it should be fine if done properly this time.
