Hi. I have a Asus Zenfone Live 5 and the screen reacts when I am touching it but still black. Can someone help me please? Thanks.
Most likely a faulty LCD screen. iFixit does not sell parts for ASUS phones so I would suggest to search for a screen replacement or take it to a local repair shop.
