Hi, does anybody else have a very small gap of screen light showing between the screen and the rear case just above the volume/mute buttons, I know its quite a common problem when replacing after market screens but wasnt sure if anyone had any answers on fixing it? I thought about dropping a very small amount of superglue on the edge of the rear case to keep the screen held down but not tried it yet, i await some hopefully useful solutions- thanks
Place the device on a flat surface and look eye level with it. It might be bent, as this was a very common issue with the fairly weak chassis on the 6 and 6 plus. That would certainly cause the screen to not sit flush. If it is bent, try gently bending it back, or you could even replace the rear case if you wanted to. Good luck, hope that’s the issue.
