So after I cleaned the board with isopropyl alcohol after some water damage but I cleaned some metal parts off the screen because there was some corrosion. After I did that the phone now starts up but the screen now looks like this now. Is this fixable or is it permanently going to be like this?
You have moisture in between the diffuser layers of the backlight. You’re probably looking at a screen replacement or at least if you have the tools and skills a backlight replacement. It looks like a replacement screen assembly is only about $30 with the frame so that probably your best option as long as your confident the phone will work still after the water damage repair.
