Chosen Solution
Tried going into settings and display to adjust sleep…nothing…goes to black screen every 5 seconds. Brought firsts one back to Walmart and exchanged it for another. This one is doing the same thing.
Pat, You should not be having issues with a new tablet. If you have followed the charging instructions and tablet still doing this, return the Tablet as there could be a issue with this model.
