Hi, I am facing an issue with my device, wherein, whenever I lock the screen, it turns black. I then have to press power button and somehow switch off the phone . The phone works as usual after boot but, the moment the screen is locked, same thing happens again. Is it a software issue or screen is damaged? Please help.
Most probably a software issue, my suggestion is to take a full backup of the things and do a factory reset. make sure that the screen doesn’t turn black during both back-up and factory reset. Keep a close eye on it.
