My Samsung s7 screen isn’t cracked but it isn’t responding to touch but the display is good . I have formatted it but still no response
The digitizer is damaged. That’s what senses your touch. I’ve seen it happen many times where people drop their phones and although they don’t physically break the screen, they break the digitizer.
