Working perfectly fine and then all of a sudden this happens? (Cracks to the glass is from months ago.) Just want to clarify that this is a hardware problem and not a software problem.
@darklordvader all that means is that your backlight turns on. Since this is a damaged screen I would suggest you replace he display and re-evaluate. It will be very difficult to do a component level repair if we can’t determine if your screen works. Samsung Galaxy S10+ Screen Replacement
