As far as I’m aware i have always had this issue with this device, after a few minutes of using the phone, the screen stops registering my taps in certain places, or altogether. I have to lock and unlock the phone in order to keep using it for a little longer, and then repeat. Is this a factory issue? Do all g9 play models have this problem? I don’t know what to do anymore. PS: Screen was replaced recently, but every screen I’ve had (since i bought the phone) has had the same issue.
This is a prevalent issue as the battery in your phone ages. The battery forces the restart as part of a glitch. Try plugging the phone into a wall outlet. If this resolves the problem, try to keep your phone from getting too low in battery power, and the restart issue should go away. Regards, Will
