My screen started turning a different color it’s all white and once this happened before I powered it off but this time it’s not working what should I do. I’m really worried every time I turn it on it glitches
@GRACE KANNARR The phone is water “resistant” not water proof. As a repair technician, that seal is only really good for small spills, not for full submersion. Anyways your dog getting a hold of it would explain why you’re having issues with the display. He probably bit down and applied pressure to the display, causing damage to the LCD which puts the picture up on the screen. This is fixed by replacing the screen. You can DIY this repair with an ifixit kit or take it to a reputable repair shop in your local area. Good luck!
